Mireli Jewelry – 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Mireli Jewelry, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on eligible items. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any unused, non-customized item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
• All items must be returned in new, unworn condition—free of scratches, signs of wear, and must not be resized, engraved, or altered in any way.
• Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping method when returning or exchanging items. Shipments without tracking will not be processed.
• ⚠️ Important: Please do not send your return to the address printed on your package. This is not our return warehouse and may result in delays or unprocessed returns.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made jewelry, including:
  • Custom ring sizes
  • Engraved designs
  • Custom moissanite cuts or colors
  • Personalized settings or requests
• Items that show signs of wear or have been used.
• Items previously sent as part of a replacement or exchange.

? Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email us at info@mirelijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Our customer support team will review your request and provide a Return & Exchange Authorization if your item qualifies.

Step 2: Ship the Item Back

Once authorized, you’ll receive the correct return address. Please ship the item within 3 business days using a trackable and signature-required shipping method. Mireli Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item (processing time: 3–5 business days), we’ll either:

• Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
• Ship your replacement/exchanged item promptly.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and confirmation.

Note: While Mireli Jewelry offers free or discounted shipping on many orders, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. This helps us maintain our commitment to fair pricing and quality service.
